The most common article here at Gotlands Gummifabrik AB is a black rubber detail molded from a customer-owned mould. We can help the customer with designing the mould. Also to produce initial samples for the customer. Finally we can produce the rubber details and deliver directly to the customer. Together with the parts we can provide a PPAP.
With us, the customer owns his mould / tool up to 100%. We work with a broad range of rubber parts. We have about 1,000 active articles every year that runs in any of our injection machines, transfer machines or compression machines. With us, no series or detail is to large or to small…
We can produce parts up to 900 x 900 mm. Our biggest machine if you look at the platen is 1000 x 1000 mm.
In addition to these customer-owned tools, we have also a standard range of bushings, conduit entries, rubber feet and mooring springs or mooring compensators.
